Meet The Founder
Founder
Sterling Jones is a Beauty Historian, marketer, and trend forecaster with over eight years of experience in the luxury beauty industry. As a young, feminine woman of color with a multicultural upbringing rooted in the arts, she brings a distinct voice and lens to the evolving conversations around beauty, culture, and luxury.
She is the Founder of The Beauté Study, an education-first platform where she leads editorial storytelling, digital classes, and consulting focused on beauty as strategy and self-devotion. Since launching in 2017, the platform has grown into a trusted space for women navigating beauty epiphanies, cultural identity, and personal power.
Sterling has partnered with brands including Mejuri, Follain, Cocokind Skincare, Moisture Love, Proven Skincare, The Beauté Culture Conference, QCNY Luxury Spa, Merit Beauty, and more. She holds two undergraduate degrees in Art History and the Business of Beauty and Fragrance — a blend of cultural insight and industry fluency that continues to shape her work.
