Hello Reader,

Happy New Year – it’s not too late to say that.

I have been enjoying my rest and creation period that the holiday always brings me.

I have been stepping out of fear and into power. A few ways I have been doing that:

  • Feeling my emotions and feelings to let them pass through.
  • Listening to my body when it says yes or no to something or an action.
  • Creating what feels aligned with my purpose and my mission.

It has led me to the following actions:

  • Connecting with my community on Instagram to share more of my face, my stories and my experiences. (You all are loving it according to my comments, dms and shares).
  • Sharing messages when I feel called to in overflow and abundance. (People encourage you to charge your worth – which you should. I also believe that free content should come from a place of abundance vs lack.)
  • Actively getting help on skills that I want to improve. (I have been taking a content creation course with my dear friend, Terri, called SocialXcelerator. It has been a time and a half!)

This month’s newsletter is more personal from me, which I did not expect as I created it. The word for this season is Alignment.

I leave you with this idea – Does your life feel good? Like a buzz or a high to continue day to day? That’s alignment. Everyone has seasons of alignment and work in process.

If your new (calendar) year has not given you that buzz, that’s okay. You can actively choose to let it become that buzz with your emotional waves.

PS. The earth’s new year is Spring. If the calendar year doesn’t feel aligned, feel free to move your goals, resolutions and timing to the first day of Spring!
